Waterproofing for asphalt and concrete just got a new tool with the introduction of BEM from W.R. Meadows.

BEM is a one-component waterproofing membrane that skins over in 50 minutes, according to W. R. Meadows.

Flexible Material

The product is suitable for use in forming fillets and reinforcing corners and as a flashing material. The solvent-free material will not shrink or freeze and cures to form a tough, flexible waterproofing membrane, the manufacturer says.

The new product bonds to both primed and unprimed asphalt and concrete, skinning over in 50 minutes, according to W.R. Meadows.

In addition, BEM contributes to LEED credits, including Indoor Environmental Quality and Energy and Atmosphere, the company said.
