Dunn-Edwards Selects Color Leadership Team

Paint and coatings company Dunn-Edwards recently announced its new color leadership and marketing duo to work on trend forecasting, research and development, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Scott Lambert has been hired into the role of Manager of Color and Trends Marketing, while Lauren Hoferkamp has been dubbed Senior Specialist of Color and Trends Marketing.

According to an emailed announcement, Lambert is an award-winning creative director and trend leader with decades of experience. He joined Dunn-Edwards Corporation in 2023.

Dunn-Edwards says that Lambert’s career has spanned brand leadership and design, servicing industry leaders with work featured in over 60 publications.

Hoferkamp has reportedly served 13 years an Architectural Sales Representative for the company, bringing a background and understanding of Dunn-Edwards and the color market.

Prior to joining Dunn-Edwards, she owned and operated a surface design company in Southern California for over 10 years.

Dunn-Edwards adds that, as it approaches its 100-year anniversary in 2025, the new color team ushers in a new era. Additionally, the pair are anticipated to attend Milan Design Week in April.
