Last week, Corr-Ze manufacturer Corrosion Innovations alongside business partner CRW Consulting & Distribution announced that it is expanding its operations by relocating to a larger global distribution center.
According to the company’s announcement on LinkedIn, the two companies have been operating in the South Houston area since 2019, and the move comes after their sales and distribution outgrew their previous space. While still based in Houston, the new office is located at 3500 South Richey Street, Suite 320.
The 15,000-square-foot facility houses indoor storage, training, and administrative facilities and will reportedly allow for the continued growth of the Corr-Ze product line. The expanded space was reportedly needed to host several demonstrations of the Corr-Ze 200 product released earlier this year, which was “critical” in the decision to relocate headquarters.
“We perform anywhere between four to six live demonstrations per month and at least that many training classes,” stated Gregg Taney, President of CRW Consulting & Distribution. “This new larger facility will allow us to increase these numbers without disturbing ongoing operations, logistics, and customer service.”
Corrosion Innovations reports that the Corr-Ze product line remains available in stock despite market changes and supply chain issues across the industry. The new building is anticipated to add additional space for the bulk storage of raw materials and finished products.

“This new facility will allow us to continue to grow and provide our market-leading products domestically and internationally without interruption. When you can't provide a product, you are impacting someone's project with delay; the only impact a manufacturer can have and stay in business is a positive one,” said Marlin Lester, CEO of Corrosion Innovations.
“This is what our end users, contractors, distributors, and private label accounts have become accustomed to.”

At the beginning of the year, CRW announced the appointment of Rob Chandler as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Former CEO and founding member Trey Chandler will continue to support CRW as the Director of Marketing and International Sales, according to the release.
In his new role, Chandler leads the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy for product distribution of its Corr-Ze product line. Additionally, he will reportedly ensure that the company’s leadership maintains a constant awareness of both external and internal competitive landscapes, opportunities for expansion, customer base, markets and new industry developments and standards.
Chandler, who is a founding member of CRW, has 27 years of business experience working in sales, corporate training, management and a partner in multiple firms.
He also has invested in and supported software, eCommerce, digital platforms, credit cards and commercial real estate development start-up companies, and is a consultant to several financial institution and Fortune 500 companies.
Chandler earned this BBA from the University of Mississippi and is married with two children.
