Scope of Work

This project involves the construction of a new two-story fire station that will house eight firefighters.

Exterior work involves application of a three-coat latex system on concrete, aluminum, steel, galvanized and non-galvanized metals.

Interior work involves application of a three-coat latex system on concrete, steel, wood finishes, gypsum board, aluminum and galvanized metals.

Surfaces must be cleaned and prepared in accordance with standards for Commercial Blast Cleaning (SSPC-SP 6/NACE No. 3) and Brush-off Blast Cleaning of Non-Ferrous Metals (SSPC SP 16).
