Nordson Corp., supplier of liquid dispensing technology, has launched a new line of non-electrostatic guns, stainless steel pumps and plural-component metering systems for liquid applications.
The new products complement Nordson’s existing portfolio of airless equipment, rotary atomizers, electrostatic spray guns, voltage blocking systems and nozzles.

The investment represents Nordson’s largest liquid product line expansion to date.
“Nordson brings nearly 60 years of expertise to liquid applications, and this market is key to the long-term growth of our Industrial Coating Systems group,” says Brad Syrowski, global liquid business development manager.
“For the last 18 months, we’ve been laying the groundwork for this expansion, and we are excited to offer customers in all of our geographies a more comprehensive line of liquid coating equipment.”
New Guns, Pumps, Mixing Systems
The new additions include:
• Trilogy Non-Electrostatic Spray Guns: These guns encompass air-assist airless, air spray and low-volume/low-pressure technologies. They are designed to provide the latest in design technology, durability and ease of handling and maintenance.
• StediFlo Pumps: With pressure ratios from 3:1 to 57:1, these are designed to meet a wide range of pressure and volume requirements.
• OptiMix Plural-Component Metering Systems: High-performance pneumatic and electronic plural-component mixing and proportioning units process both solvent- and water-based paints, and are designed for flexibility and efficiency.
Founded in 1954, Nordson is a global producer of precision dispensing equipment that applies adhesives, sealants, liquid and powder coatings and other materials to a broad range of products during manufacturing operations. The company, based in Westlake, OH, also manufactures systems for UV curing and surface treatment processes.
