Titan Tool’s new TR2 Spray Tip offers two opening options on a single tip, for flexible airless spray application of all kinds of coatings.
Tip 1 has a wide-angle (10 to 12 inches), large-orifice opening that is designed to provide the best surface coverage and highest-speed application, for the greatest time savings. Tip 2 has a narrow-fan (three to four inches), small-orifice opening, designed for the best control, low overspray and precise paint application.
To switch from narrow to wide angle, painters simply turn the TR2.
The TR2 features two sintered tungsten carbide tip cores, arranged one above the other, for maximum tip life. Like standard reversible tips, the TR2 allows for cleaning plugged tips easily and quickly.
The TR2 tip can be used in any industrial, commercial or residential spraying application where standard tips are currently used. There are tip size combinations available (standard, fine finish and line striping) to handle different types of coatings, including protective coatings and marine coatings.
