Paint-saving mix-as-you-spray technology is the idea behind Graco’s new XP70 Plural Component Sprayer.
The sprayer is designed to pump, mix and atomize high-viscosity, faster-curing materials on demand as the applicator works.

“While you’re spraying, you’re mixing,” says product marketing manager Eric Rennerfeldt, demonstrating the equipment in a video recently at SSPC 2011.
The sprayer eliminates the need for hand mixing, while controlling the amount of coating mixed minimizes wasted materials and clean-up, Rennerfeldt says. The equipment is designed for use on tanks, pipes, water towers, railcars, bridges, wastewater treatment, ships and other industrial applications.
