Job Responsibilities:
Applying coatings of liquid or powder as instructed.
Technical assistance to customers and internal employees.
Maintain documentation and records to satisfy customer requirements.
Total customer satisfaction (external and internal).
Mechanically clean (sand or glass media and washing in solvents) parts for coating application.
100% inspection parts processed.
document process activities.
Apply coatings as needed to meet daily shipment requirements.
Provide technical support to the customer as requested.
Move materials to and from storage areas.
Unload received trucks.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Identify parts.
Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process or quality system.
